Short time ago I did place a order, but did forget something, so I placed a second order. I received two confirmations by e-mail, each of them containing shipping costs. Why ?

I have already ordered articles. Now I have to enter again my address, payment method, etc. Why is my customer ID not sufficient ?

When I have selected a article the first time, I have been asked for the desired currency and for my country. Now I have some articles in my basket, and am not able to change the currency or the coutnry. How can I change them ?









Are all articles available ?

All articles, which can be selected in our e-shop are available. Articles, which are not available, can not be selected and there is a remark "Out of stock" on the right side.

What are the shipping costs to my country xxxxx ?

When the first time a article is selected, you will be asked for the desired currency, in wich the prices will be shown and also for your country. Afterwards all prices will be displayed including the shipping costs.

How long does the delivery take?

The shipping is performed by recommended mail with the carrier "Deutsche Post AG".

The delivery time is approximately:

Germany - 1 day

Countries of the European Union - 4 until 6 days

USA, Canada - 7 until 12 days

Other countries - until 21 days

I do live outside Germany and I want the delivery to be performed express with FedEx. How shall i proceed ?

In order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible, we are performing the shipping by recommended mail with the carrier "Deutsche Post AG". The prices for shipping with this carrier are displayed in our e-shop. In case express shipping by FedEx is desired, please do proceed as follows :

Select all desired articles. The prices will be shown including the shipping cost with the carrier "Deutsche Post AG"

Press the button "Order articles", enter your personal data and submitt the order

You will receive immidiately a automatically generated order - confirmation by e-mail, where also the costs for shipping by the carrier "Deutsche Post AG" are displayed. Do answer to this e-mail, telling us that you whish that the shipping shall be performed express by FedEx and that you approve herefore following additional charges:

 

Countries of the European Union: 48.20 EUR (52.06 USD)

 

Other European Countries: 84.90 EUR (91.69 USD)

 

USA, Canada: 79.60 EUR (85.97 USD)

 

Other Countries: 122.60 EUR (132.41 USD)

No - our articles can be ordered only via internet

Which payment opportunities are given ?

After all desired articles have been selected, please do press the button "Order articles", enter your personal data and choose the desired payment method. Folowing opportunities are given:

COD (Cash On Delivery)

 

Delivery and payment by COD is available for Germany, not depending on the total value of the ordered articles.

Delivery and payment by COD is also available for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Swiss und Spain, if the total amount of the ordered articles is between 199,00 EUR and 1.100,00 EUR and the order is beeing placed in the currency EUR.

The delivery is performed with the carrier "Deutsche Post AG" via COD. If nobody is present to receive the delivery, the postman leaves a note, telling that the delivery can be received at the local postoffice within usually 7 days.

Creditcard Mastercard/Eurocard or Visa

 

The delivery is performed by the carrier "Deutsche Post AG" via recommended mail. If nobody is present to receive the delivery, the postman leaves a note, telling that the delivery can be received at the local postoffice within usually 7 days.

Invoice (only government institutions in Germany)

 

The delivery is performed by recommended mail with the carrier "Deutsche Post AG". Payment of the invoice within 14 days.

Payment in advance via money-order (bank-transfer)

 

After submitting of the order, you will immidiately receive a automaticlly generated e-mail, where also our bank-account is given. When the payment has arrived (usually within 2 working days), we will process the order and shipp the articles via recommended mail by the carrier "Deutsche Post AG".

Payment in advance by Moneybookers (for deliveries outside Germany)

 

After submitting of the order, you will immidiately receive a automaticlly generated confirmation of your order, with the total amount, to be payed. Please do visit afterwards the Moneybookers webpage http.//www.moneybookers.com and do pay the total amount to Sales@MAKInterface.de. Moneybookers will inform us that the payment has been made and we will immidiately shipp the articles via recommended mail by the carrier "Deutsche Post AG".

Payment in advance by Western Union (for deliveries outside Germany and value greater than 150,00 EUR)

 

Payment by Western-Union is recommended in case none of the above payment opprotunities is possible. After submitting the order, you will receive a automatically generated e-mail, where also Wester-Union payment instructions are given. Western-Union payments can be performed in any post-office worldwide. After the payment has been performed, please do tell us by e-mail the Western-Union-ID, which you will receive at Western-Union, so we could check the payment. The payment arrives usually within 6 hours. Immidiately after the payment has arrived, we will process the order and shipp the articles via recommended mail by the carrier "Deutsche Post AG".

Short time ago I did place a order, but did forget something, so I placed a second order. I received two confirmations by e-mail, each of them containing shipping costs. Why ?

After a order ahs been placed, our system sends a automatically generated confirmation by e-mail. In case of two orders, two e-mails are generated. All orders, which arrive until 12:00 GMT are shipped the same day. In case we receive two orders from one and the same customer, we are shipping them in one package and charging the shipping costs only once. In case the summ of all ordered articles exceeds the amount of 300,00 EUR, we will perform the shipping worldwide free of shipping charge.

Time ago, I have already ordered articles. Now I have to enter again my address, payment method, etc. Why is my customer ID not sufficient ?

Due to security reasons, we are not keeping our customers data on our internet server, but do delete them immidiately after the order has been processed. So our internet server is not able to identify a customer, using a customer-ID.

When I have selected a article the first time, I have been asked for the desired currency and for my country. Now I have some articles in my basket, and am not able to change the currency or the coutnry. How can I change them ?

In order to change the currency or the country, go to the basket (Link basket on the right side of each article, or menu "Order") and press on "Empty basket". All articles will be deleted from the basket and when selecting a article the next first time, you will be asked again for the currency and the country.
